Anwar to answer sodomy charges

Malaysian opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim has been formally charged with sodomising a former male aide.
Appearing in court in Kuala Lumpur, Mr Anwar pleaded not guilty and called the accusation 'malicious'.
Mr Anwar arrived at the main court in Kuala Lumpur amid chaotic scenes.
Dozens of supporters gathered as he emerged from his car, some shouting 'reformasi', the slogan of the movement he founded.
Sodomy is illegal in Malaysia and Anwar could face up to 20 years in jail if convicted.
The 60-year-old was jailed after facing similar accusations 10 years ago but was released after a successful appeal.
He says the new allegations are a malicious political re-creation of the original false charges.
Mr Anwar led the new opposition coalition to strong gains in a general election earlier this year and says the claims are aimed at destroying his political revival.
The sodomy claim was made just as Mr Anwar prepared to fight for a seat in parliament, after a ban on his seeking public office expired.

We are getting a reputation for being the back door country. If we can not find anything to trouble someone with then someones dirty minds usees sodomy as a charge. Also what a stupid thing to dewell on in the news.

We have dirty politicians in Malaysia. The higher up the worse! Great double-talkers and story tellers. How they came about I wonder. They are doing the country more harm than good. If there is any good at all, it is only for their own greed and selfish interest.

Time Malaysia moves on lah. So much time wasted on small petty things like this. There is the economic challenges to tackle. Unless crooks are covering their backs to survive and dont have time to manage the country. All crooks will fall - history tells us. No crooky politician can stay alive to enjoy their ill found wealth. It is better to admit and face the truth then continue to go on hiding lie after another.

Sodomy charge hangs over Anwar
By getting ACA to sweep away small Fish ( Immigration Chief ) that doesn’t help !!! The RAYAT want the leader to go for a major and quick sweep, and want quick result. As a matter of fact, UMNO is giving Anwar an opportunity if no quick action is in place. Sodomy - Is not a major impact. The Leader need to study what is RAYAT priority. The ACA as of now, doesn’t prove any impressive RESULT to the RAYAT, this is my opinion. By keep themselves busying with Investigating across the states will not Impress the RAYAT. What we want is RESULT AND ACTION TAKEN. A PRODUCT MUST BUY WITH REASONABLE PRICE, AND BUILDING MUST CONSTRUCT WITH QUALITY AND BEST REASONABLE PRICE.

Normal in Politics
Dear Malaysian,
This is all about Malaysian politics why you all wasting time thinking about it. Look and compare with other different countries they have their own way of politics. Some better and some worst then us. Are we bad? Good?Well different person have their own interpretation. However, for me either its BN or PR it is the same a political party. BN proved they done good things for the past years from Tunku to Mahathir, they done a bad things as well. Whatever they did we are here what we are, is it back? I dont think that bad... The question is are we going to be better with PR? Maybe? With Anuar as PM maybe there is possibility it is better or worst? We can refer of his past experience and performance when he is asst PM in 90s, possible what he has done when the economy is ok and the economy is bad at the end of 90s. It is the judgement of every Malaysian.

Sodomy is illegal in Malaysia
I am a moulding made of silicone in the form of a male external organ. I am concerned that my kind has been implicated by a doctor to have commited an illegal act that has stirred up the emotions of the whole nation. As I have no access to the highest level of government to ask for advice on the matter of right or wrong, unlike Saifu, will someone enlighten me on the following:-
Is the behind of males and females treated the same in the eyes of Malaysian law?
If the female exclaims “darling, that’s the wrong hole!", am I in trouble?
If two females make me do a double, will I be charged, or does it matter which hole I am in?

Malaysian government has got no ideas. They keep on showing repeat shows to the public. No wonder the public got fed up. The star,Anwar Ibrahim is now aspiring to act in the role of the prime minister of Malaysia. The malaysian public are eagerly waiting to watch the show. However,the boring BN ministers keep on showing us repeat shows which we don’t want to see because it’s not realistic. Give the public a break,lah. Let our star have his day of glory which he deserve.
