WASHINGTON -- White House economic adviser Brian Deese said Friday that the United States risks falling into a "very serious economic hole" without decisive action, urging the Congress to approve more COVID-19 relief as soon as possible.

BEIJING -- The growth of Chinese enterprises' sales revenue saw a steady recovery last year despite the COVID-19 epidemic, according to State Taxation Administration.

BUENOS AIRES -- The first and third phases of Chinese-constructed Loma Blanca Wind Power Projects officially launched commercial operation on Friday, injecting energy into the national power grid.

The newly run projects built by China Power Construction have been installed with a total capacity of 100 megawatts, consisting of 32 wind turbines. Up to now, four out of the five projects have been officially put into commercial operation. (Argentina-Chinese Project-Commercial Operation)

SANTIAGO -- Latin America and the Caribbean's foreign trade in 2020 saw its worst performance since the 2008 global financial crisis, mainly due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on economies, the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean said Friday.
